Since our establishment in 1973 as Post & Rail Furniture in Sydney’s Rocks, our award-winning team has designed an iconic collection of Australian furniture and architectural products.
In the early-1990s, we set up in Fiji the world’s first factory dedicated to the research of plantation coconut palms. A sustainable alternative to forest wood – PALMWOOD® – was developed, and the company rebranded as Pacific Green.
Our unique modern designs are influenced by the artefacts and tools of indigenous societies. Each piece is made from superior natural materials that we source from around the world, handcrafted by artisans using traditional techniques.
Pacific Green was a pioneer of socially-responsible manufacturing in the Pacific region. For our launch into the USA, actor Pierce Brosnan was the company’s Environmental Spokesperson.
Over the years, we’ve spread our wings to Rockdale, Turrella, then Mascot, and are pleased to set up our new home at Castle Hill.
Pacific Green products are now sold in 90+ cities internationally.
